Payment Terms

There are a number of payment terms available to customers. These fall into two categories, credit or prepaid accounts.

Prepaid Account

By opening a pre-paid account, you can have almost instant access to the range of Telco's services. By phoning the prepaid account hotline on 0800 594 2696 and quoting credit or debit card details (minimum payment �20.00) along with the agent ID number on the form, you will be switched on typically within 2 hours. The type of account will also include 50 minutes of free weekend calls. No credit checks are undertaken for this type of account.

Credit Account

By opening a credit account with Telco, you can receive an invoice at the end of the month and then pay what you owe. There are a number of payment methods available including, Cheque, Credit Card and Direct Debit. Also available is the means to pay at any bank or post office via Bank Giro Credit. This type of account is normally set up with 7 working days due to all application being put through a credit check.
